Terms & Service Guarantee

These terms cover the Sub-Zero appliance repair that Tampa Sub-Zero Specialists performs for homes throughout Tampa and the wider Hillsborough County area — South Tampa and Hyde Park to Westshore, Carrollwood, New Tampa and Riverview. They work hand in hand with the written invoice you sign off on for every job.

No fix, no fee — flat price up front

You get one flat price, quoted in writing before a single tool comes out — never an hourly meter and never a surprise added at the end. When you approve the repair, the diagnostic is free. If we cannot fix your Sub-Zero, you owe nothing — no fix, no fee, not even the trip charge.

2-year written warranty on parts and labor

Every job is covered by a 2-year written warranty on both parts and labor, printed on the invoice we hand you. Should the same fault come back during those two years, the same certified Sub-Zero technician returns and corrects it at no cost to you.

Licensed & fully insured

We are licensed and fully insured for the work we do in your home. In the unlikely event your appliance, cabinetry or floor is damaged during a repair, you are covered — and we put that protection in writing before any work begins.

Same-day service across Tampa Bay

We aim to repair your Sub-Zero the same day right across the Tampa Bay area, subject to crew availability and how late in the day you reach us. If we cannot get a technician to you the same day, your diagnostic is $0. We are on call 24/7, and the same certified Sub-Zero tech handles your unit from the first knock to the final test.

Genuine OEM parts only

We fit nothing but genuine Sub-Zero OEM parts — from door gaskets and inlet valves to evaporator and condenser fans — installed by factory-trained technicians. If an uncommon part has to be ordered, we tell you the moment we know and schedule your install the day it lands.
